Everyone’s talking about alternative proteins but making them truly mainstream — that takes more than hype.

Join our free in-person workshop and training session designed to turn innovation on alternative proteins into real impact. The event is organised by our project partner Nursh Belgium's R&D agency for food & drinks as part of the the LIKE-A-PRO project and is hoasted by Maxime Willems, founder of Nursh.

With 31 partners across 11 countries, LIKE-A-PRO is one of Europe’s most ambitious efforts to help alternative proteins grow - and we want you to be part of it.

During our session, you'll:

  • See how ingredients are transformed into final applications
  • Learn what makes products functional, appealing, and market-ready
  • Connect with producers, suppliers and retail professionals shaping the future of sustainable food

    - Introducing Nursh – Who we are and what we do
    - The LIKE-A-PRO project: Overview of objectives, consortium partners, and key project activities.
    - Showcase of developed ingredients and products – highlighting technologies, processes, and opportunities for future development.
  • 10:05 – 10:30 | Nudging Strategies insights by Arlind Arlind Xhelili, Nudging strategies expert and coordinator of the Living Labs, LIKE-A-PRO project
  • 10:30 – 10:45 | Icebreaker activity: A short, interactive activity to share perspectives and get inspired by participants’ experiences.
  • 10:45 – 11:00 | Introduction to the Collaborative Exercise
  • 11:00 – 11:15 | Coffee break
  • 11:15 – 12:45 | Hands-On Cooking & Co-Creation - Experiment and create with innovative protein ingredients developed within Like A Pro.
